I use to drink bottled water in Ja, until my good boardie friend, from Canada, explained to me how good the tap water is in Negril.... So now, I fill up my glass with ice, and chug tap water....morning,
noon, and night, never have bottled water since, and the price is right !!!!

Good for you jojo! I often wonder why people aren't concerned about drinking water from plastic bottles. That plastic must be leeching something into the water. And then there is that little matter of what becomes of the empty water bottle.

Yeah man real food no fillers! I hear you on the chickens!! Bigga was telling me about that last time I was there, so he raises his own just for that reason!! Oh man!! Soon come!! The feeling I just had rush over my body as I realized I'd soon be back a yaad!! Enjoy the rest of yours man

Of course I don't, but I didn't say I had the same foods, just that I eat equally healthy food stateside. I just avoid almost all processed food of any kind, mostly. There are exceptions here and there.
