    "'Twas nasty" lol!!

You say you don't get hungry?? Is that just over there in Jamaica or is that a usual thing for you?? Just asking cuz I had the same problem when I was there... But it was the middle of June and everyone said ot was extra hot and humid that year.. Thinking that's what made me not hungry... I came home after 2 weeks weighing 30lbs less and very dark lol.. The ladies at work loved it lol

    here's the deal:::>> in my non-scientific aneck-doe-tal(sp?) opinion, from/after a few trips

the stuff we eat in foreign is garbage [[ period ]]

    not fresh
    waaaaaaaay over process-ed
preservatives and other bad-additives, that man adds to the food to make a $$$$$... to increase shelf life, blah blah blah

    now,
    in Jamaica
[[[ for the most part ]]]
    the stuff is
...FRESH..!!.. e.g., picked from tree THAT-day, WHEN it's ''.ready..'' (i.e., ripe)

fish is fresh ... just from sea, river, where-ever
    goat ... fresh killed Wednesday/Thursday
    cow ... same way

    now,
dem chickens..??? ----- tricky tricky situation der ...
    :-(
big chicken processing be going on down here

    neverthless,
    hunger-wise,
the Ja-food stuff tends to `~~as my granny would say~~~ ::>> ''..STiCK to your ribs..''

    don't wanna upset boardie-VVHT, but I've *found*
that whenever i do eat a bunch of Ja-food,
and i peer into the toilet bowl,
    there ain't *much* in there

    not so in-foreign

    me *guess*
the body utilizes & manages Ja-food much better

    ..
    as previously mentoned
    in early-er posts
a couple of nice ripe Ja-bananas will tide me over for long time.
    .
    .
    p.s.. most-times,
when folks *think* they hungry.... it's ACTUALLY the body saying:::>>> '''... I / we need water water water..'' .... NOT food.
    .
    .
    and not RedStripe either/neither.

    likke more

I use to drink bottled water in Ja, until my good boardie friend, from Canada, explained to me how good the tap water is in Negril.... So now, I fill up my glass with ice, and chug tap water....morning,
noon, and night, never have bottled water since, and the price is right !!!!

Good for you jojo! I often wonder why people aren't concerned about drinking water from plastic bottles. That plastic must be leeching something into the water. And then there is that little matter of what becomes of the empty water bottle.
And if you want to save water, there is always Red Stripe
