There are several entities there. You have the hotel, you have NBCC (Negril Beach Club Condos) which are leased through Jean and you also have privately owned units. The owner is the only one that can tell you if they provide maid service but my guess would be they don't unless they keep it continuously booked. Every room I have ever stayed in there had a safe but no guarantee on that either, so ask the owner. We were there last month and the property was in better shape than I have seen it in years. Refinished swimming pool and hot tub. The restaurant was very convenient for breakfast and they prepared a private dinner for us on the beach for Valentines. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars without ever leaving the beach. They have a new security service so I don't think you will have any security problems. Great beach so the kids will love it.
