may have been over-der-in-Negril,
where if the chicken ain't selling fast enough [sometimes]
it sit-sit too too long on the grill or on stove or in pot ::::: ergo dry chicken, among other things
next time, try:::>> put a likkle more ketchup & hot-sauce on the chicken ::: that'll help cover-up a host of *issues*
