I'm SO upset with Digicell

i *thought* it was 'me', or something,
but when i plugged in laptop at the internet cafe
and
used their wifi, for tablet.... the speed, especially upload-ing,, was SiGNIFICANTly faster

Digi-Hell is pure-bandit..!!..

ALL that money they making, and they don't/won't do-better with their internet speed
