OMG, that lobster salad is killing me!!! My very favorite lunch in Jamaica. The original Miss Jenny's use to have a kick ass lobster salad on their menu for a great price. It was served with fries but I would always substitute with callaloo. ABSOLUTELY, my favorite dish for lunch. I know this isn't Miss Jenny's but it sure reminds me of hers...less the cucumbers. Boy do I miss that dish!! Thanks for posting this..for I will be sure and check this out upon next reach.
