Charlie one of a the kindest souls you would ever meet.His smile was a fixture on that beach ! will sadly be missed !
His kindness was without limits. Really nice man.
He helped me collect almonds that fell after a storm.....sigh

So sorry to hear this... he has been a hard worker there for many years.

I made prints of this picture & gave them to Charlie the next time I saw him. He was so thrilled & thankful. It was not the same w/out him on the beach this summer. He was truly a nice, nice man.Originally Posted by Rambo

each year when we left, we gave him all of our food and liquids we would have left over, what he couldnt use himself he could sell...
some trips we would have 4-5 boxes of "Goodies for him........and Meds also.................
I know what he was going thru with the pain...at least he is free of that, he deserved THAT, Bless Him............Damn this really bums me
