we first came in 74 and stayed in red ground. We a had a full apt for 10 a night. Woke up to roosters crowing. Remember walking those dark streets in the west end with flash lights.. and crabs running everywhere.. Went to chicken lavish and the yacht club. Ricks was there in 74 but it looked nothing like it does today. We first came in sept so it was closed but the year later went in a bought a t shirt and I still have it. Remember Miss Browns and a tiny market next door. The woman who owned where we were staying Hill top view cottages stayed in Fromme and had a property on the beach. we would drive there and stay all day. What a time.
