September questions
Hello,
I usually travel to Negril between Thanksgiving and Christmas - weather is perfect and not too crowded. However, this year we are looking at early September since that is when we are getting married.
I know September is wetter than December, but is it the usual 1-2 hours , or are we talking washout days? Also, are restaurants and bars closed during this time?
We would be splitting time between the cliffs and the beach.
Thank you for any insight you can provide.

Re: September questions
I go every year in September. Some restaurants are closed. I stick to the local places.Sweet Spot,Corner Bar,Swordfish,Chicken Lavish etc. All of the restaurants on the beach are open, just some on the Morass side are closed. It usually rains aroun 1 or 2 pm for a hour or so. I get my sun from 11 to 1 and that is plenty as September sun is hot. I love it at that time of the year. Water is great . Nice and warm . Calm great for snorkeling.I stay on the cliffs , but always go to the beach during the day and also sometimes on the cliffs too.Plenty of stuff open . No worries. I love the weather in September and I like the ocean water warm and hot and that what it is then. I spend more time in the water in September than when I go in February. To sum it up It's all great just not as many people out and about, but I still see alot of friends there.
