Can you still picnic on the island. I thought is was closed to picnic?
I was there many years ago and it was , in a word, disgusting.
Litter, garbage, and feral cats.

Booby Cay was cleaned up a few years ago...didn't see any cats at that time. Gov't owned land.
Boat operators are still taking people over to picnic...
