I don't know about by date but have been able to find some older posts by subject.

For the present version of the site, on each of the main pages (Home, Hotels, Dining, etc), just under the green entertainment listing there is a site search box. You can type in what you recall about the page or picture you want to find. For instance, if I knew the picture was of the Mighty Diamonds on a Negril Today page, I would search for "negril today mighty diamonds". If I wanted to find a picture from June of 2013, I would search for "negril today june 2013".
If you want see the original site that was running from 1995 to 2003, here is the link. There is an archive section that lets you use a calendar to pick the page.

The "previous" and "next" links work on all the pages on both versions of site for the Negril Today pages the same way.
