Question about Lodging at No Limit

I will be going to visit Negril (Arriving July 26th Leaving August 2nd 2016). I plan on enjoying the party atmosphere of Dream Weekend and it was kind of a last minute trip so I had to scramble to see about lodging. This was about 2-3 weeks ago so pretty much everything was either booked or very expensive. I had a recommendation from a friend that I might want to call Byron at No Limit as he had rooms/cottages (more like rooms as I understand). Byron has a great reputation and had vouched that his rooms were clean had AC Wifi and comfy beds. I spoke to Byron and he said he had rooms during that time (for 50 a night) and he penciled me in (gonna call to confirm closer to my travel date). My question is can anyone who has been, or is currently on the island, flesh out a bit more about the rooms at No Limit. Little things like whether there is a veranda or even a safe. I plan on asking Byron when I call later in the month but figured I would see if anyone here had any information about them. Thanks and big ups for all the amazing posts here. I have been reading quite a bit and am happy that an online source like this to gain intel. Can't wait for my trip! Soon come

rooms are very nice, they are upstairs behind the bar. ther are two rooms and a sitting area and a kitchen along with a big veranda overlooking the road and you can see the sea thru pee wees. i doubt there is a safe but you can leave your valuables with byron and they will be safe. i have known his family for over 40 years as they are original negril people, you won't be dissapointed acept it is across the street from water(you can swim at pee wees) because it is a first class operation

Thanks that's just what I was thinking appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thanks RedGround, I actually have a Pac safe to bring along. Looks as if my friend steered me right, glad I was able to reach Byron and get a room lined up. Cheers!

I can vouch they are clean. We got an impromptu tour on our first Negril trip and the gf used the restroom as the PUB CRAWL folks had a line at the usual restroom. I wouldn't sweat a thing!

Also got a tour of rooms in March for a trip next year. Nice and clean , no problem mom .Was walking around the west end and stopped at no limit for a few drinks and the locals let me join in on some dominoes . The atmosphere was very friendly . Cheep drinks also 420 friendly . Ended up being my last stop every nite I enjoyed my time hanging around with the peso ole of no limit and look forward to seeing my friends again soon . If you lucky Tony the Tiger will be cooking a bit out front during your stay . Very good eats . Be careful on the street there I witnessed a bad accident one of my last trips and had to pull a young local girl from her car unconscious . Hydro poles and wires were down ect. Very bad scene . Play safe and enjoy
