Yes, we got that this year too by checking a lot!....
I'm not familiar with this policy. Was it a fully refundable ticket?
Marcia, SW allows free ticket changes or cancellations, but the funds go to your SW account, not back on your credit card. You have 1 year from ticketing to use them.
They also have a fully refundable ticket class, at higher cost.
Yeah, I'm cheap and buy the "wanna get away" tickets for the cheapest rates. They are non refundable, so the balance I "saved" when the price went down is saved for a future purchase, as stated above. I'll use the $$ for my return flight in April.
Thanks booger!!!!
ummmmmmmmm

Sure thing! I just happened to check a few times and noticed one leg of my trip went up, but the other two went down, so I googled how to get the balance back. Southwest makes it VERY easy!
For my April trip, I purchased flights in November at rates I thought were reasonable and didn't look for a few months. By the time I decided to look at pricing, the costs had nearly tripped (JetBlue), so I wasn't expecting much when I looked this time (southwest). A pleasant surprise!!!!
And Southwest lets you fly with 2 bags!
