Looks like that's Ras Rody's place, right next door to Shark's. The good Ras is now in the States, but that's his son in the pic running the shop now . When I last stopped by in January, there was a young lady running things. Maybe Ras's daughter?

Yeah, there are two younger girls that run it at times. I'm not sure if one is married to Rhody's son, or if they're siblings or what.
