Marco the bikes are the preferred mode of travel for a lot of the bad things you hear about. They can at least shake up a few things by seizing non licensed and insured ones and searching said individuals. At least they would have to seek out another bike. Worlwide many crimes get disrupted or deterred in routine traffic stops. I think we can agree on that point.
