Yeah they charged me 5% to put the deposit down last year. Our friend DK is going to be there with us again this year and she's staying with Jean in one of the properties that she looks after. Jean also accepts check payments if mailed in advance to their Florida address. I do that to avoid the credit card fee which I think is 3%.
