This is rum cake aka Christmas cake. It's very expensive to make. Main ingredients are dry fruit that has soaked for a year in white rum but not JB it should be Wray and Nephew. Browning which gives it it's black color, red wine and flour of course. They baked 4 of them in my oven last year they also put a pan of water in the bottom of the oven when baking. A regular sized cake tin will cost you $4000 TO $6000 ja. It's one of the best cakes I've ever eaten.
