I'd never heard of the term "black cake" before. Googled it...seems to be a Caribbean name for rum cake or Christmas cake. Asked a few friends here and they said they hadn't heard of it. But, I was going to say how great the rum cake was in Negril but then Crusher made me rethink my comment..LOL!
