Are you referring to Café Goa? I haven't been there, but walked past it.

I do remember seeing a little small place that was selling coffee, we stopped in and the gentleman made instant coffee or something... it was expensive and awful.
The grinds were plenty ! Coffee was strong, like having a expresso ! We were there last November ..been a while
