We stayed for 10 nights there and had no problem using the garbage can for ice, or fill up the tub, bring soft cooler. The ice machine has a note saying you are not allowed to fill up coolers, cover it up with your towel and you're good to go (only ice machine room we found was near the bathrooms by the pool area/restaurant) Open all the time. Why spend the money on the fridge if you don't have to!! It all works out !
