There is a post on the Negril Boardies Facebook site by Bourbon Beach that speaks about the issue

That page is not affiliated with the Negril.com "Negril Boardies - since 1996" page. The admin of that page is not living in Jamaica. They are a visitor to Negril.

Bourbon Beach does seem to be the original author of that post, which has been shared and copied all over FB and Twitter.

There have been no complaints from other beach venues such as Alfred's, Roots or Fun Holiday.
