Been to Negril many times since the early '70's, even though I have been told time and again "go all inclusive", I prefer to stay in motels on the beech and come and go and eat and drink were I like and not feel that I am spending money for things I have already paid for. Being bugged by the merchants for a couple of days till you have a good tan or they have heard you say NO enough does not bother me , nor does the talk of a bit more crime, just for the most part need to be aware of your surroundings and should be ok. Enjoy walking to the beach at night and listening to were the music is coming from and head that way, Alfreds was a favorite. Last time their was '09, need to get away and I am thinking Negril again, stayed at Yellow bird the last couple of times and like it. Appreciate any input on how things might have changed over the years. Thanks in advance.
