Drifters-On beach or On road?

Hello,
Is Drifters, like off the beach?
I thought I saw a sign that said Drifters,
like it was pointing to a Mid-way point between road and beach.
I think it was like...behind something if you are walking on the beach??
But, I was on the way someplace else and never went back.
Can you enter from the road as well as the beach?

I am just a little confused.

You can enter beach side as well as road side.....the driveway is beside One Mile store.
