Someone was nice enough to PM me stating that you are not able to post here. I double checked and your account looked as it should.
Posting problems have happened in the past and in most cases it can be resolved by logging out and then logging back in.
There have been people who claimed that they have been banned in the past, but were never banned. The ones that contacted me had their technical issue fixed.
