A few years ago Norma's at Sea Splash had a great appetizer of thin sliced smoked marlin, capers, thin slices onion, etc..... that was the best I ever had. The marlin was brought in from Port Antonio and had a fine sushi quality to it.

Norma's has changed management and this past April it was still on the menu. It was not quite as good but maybe it was just an off day. Will be trying again in April 2017.
