If you are looking for inexpensive good pizza that can be delivered, then my vote is for CHANCES! Its been the same for years, its not broken, so they don't fix it. Kenny's is on the beach road, just a bit down from Rooms. For me, Kenny's is a nice sit down dinner, with great food, kinda place. A little bit pricier than Chances, and not sure if they would deliver.
