it's been awhile since the best jerk/granny sauce has been at Bourbon Beach back to when the American Kevin was running it..
Kevin had inherited the original jerk sauce from the previous owner who was buying the jerk sauce from a local guy....
when the Italian ownership took over from Kevin a ways back they discontinued using the original jerk sauce to cut food cost.....
and now with the Canadian ownership they haven't reverted back to the original recipe......too bad
as far as granny/jerk sauce goes.....mi think 3 Dives and Bigga in Green Island have about da best in the area...of course dat always up to debate.....ha ha
