Unless this is a fairly recent thing (last two years), I don't think so. We always brought back a bottle of BB jerk sauce, because it has always been our favorite in Negril, and very different from the granny sauce at 3 Dives/DeBar (which is pretty weak IMO). If they have changed it, that's a bummer.
