Try Budget Rent a Car at MBJ. Not sure about actual "Jeeps", but it looks like they have Suzuki Jimnys for rent. I rented one of those in the BVI and the're pretty fun to drive, if a little bit under-powered.

I remember seeing a Jeep rental place in Negril. It was like a Jeep, they had fiberglass bodies on them. It was on the right side of the road going into Negril. I think it was called Vernon's.

Vernons - Fun Holiday has little ones. However, Vernon's web site is down so I don't know what that means for the rental business.
