Jerk chicken with rice and veg is my favorite at De Bar on the west end. Get them to try pumpkin soup, they have it just about anywhere.

I agree on the pumpkin soup, but I've only found a few places where I really like it. Roots Cafe, and LTU are the best that I've tried.
