It's still all mashed up from Ivan..i too wish someone would purchase it so we all coyld have another Cliffside resort to choose from..but as stated by Bnewb a total rebuild is needed..staying at SOTC on the second floor of the 500 building next to that property i get to see the bats start flying of one of the roofs on the sea at sunset like clock works..i sit bavk on my terrace & watch the them put on a show.
