A Haircut in Negril, very fine indeed.

    She was rubbing my head.
"Baby, what happened back here?" she said.
    Huh?,
"Its looking thin, you are bald back there!

Oh, darling, that means I do a lot of thinking.
It is a sign of superior intelligence.
    Ha, ha, ha.
She kissed that spot and rubbed my chin.
"I don't like the full beard, you must get a shave."

I looked in the mirror, and well, I didn't shave 3 days before my flight,
5 days on the Island and I was looking like Grisly Adams.

Hmm, my barber is close to my J-family, so....
Just to make you happy doll, I'll go get a trim-up.

I hopped in a route mobile and was on my way.
Got out at the Taxi park and started walking.

It was hot, I started to perspire just as I reached the Barber shop.

There are 2 Barbers, but they always stick by the rules, that
Once A guy starts on you, you are his for life.
    The other Barber didn't move.
My Barber whipped the cover thing in the air and swiveled the seat for me.
"Man, your head is still wet.
He turned the fan on me and got busy doing something else while
    my head dried off.

There is always that same picture hanging on the wall
just like here in the States.
About 15-20 different photos, showing different type of cuts.

"I want that no. 14 style there.
Leave some on the top, but almost bald along the sides."

    No problem Mon.

And take off all the beard, but leave a little goatee and mustache.

    You got it boss.

All kinds of folks passing by, giving a waive or holler to the Barbers.
They in turn yell something back, just like anywhere else.
The Barber shop is a "catch up on the latest goings" for men, kind of place.

About 15-20 minutes later, I was as clean as a baby's bottom.

He sprayed the alcohol, as usual on the bald face and hair line.
Don't want to get any infections, or what have you.

I looked in the mirror and
"wow, I look like a movie star!! Good job!

    All this for 400 J,
But I leave him about 600J.

In Chicago, the prices are between $20.00-$25.00.

As I left the shop, I saw a guy on a motor bike start to zoom pass me.
I raised my hand, he made a U-turn and I was on my way to the family's house.

Man, it feels good, an almost bald head, just cut,
with the wind whipping while on the back of a Motor bike.
