Go visit Quality and ask what he's got that's fresh; I'm sure that they will enjoy it. Depending on the day's catch, it could be grouper, snapper, mahi mahi, lionfish.

Mahi mahi is probably closest in texture and taste to salmon and the meal we had at Quality's was excellent! And Faye drove us home(bonus!)
Lionfish is always fabulous at Canoe & of course their grilled veggies! Yummm!!
Jerk chicken with rice and veg is my favorite at De Bar on the west end. Get them to try pumpkin soup, they have it just about anywhere.
