Just to clarify, I only meant the streets themselves, I didn't mean that I would be walking thru private lanes, backyards, etc. My question was purely in relation to the streets around Catcha cliffs. I like to walk in the mornings and it is a great way to see things.

Yeah, if you stick to the major lanes like SeaStar Lane and Summerset Rd, you will be fine. There may actually be a few businesses on Summerset worth checking out.
