Classique does pick up at the terminal. They will meet you. Their office is very close by. I've rented 6 times now, either from Budget or Island prior to last year. Each time it's been a long wait and something of a hassle.

Last year Budget had our reservation messed up and called Classique to help us out. They gave us the same rate and nicer car. It may seem counter-intuitive that it's easier to go off site, but anyone who has been caught in one of those lines at busy times knows how sloooooow it can be at the airport

Chalice picks you up at the airport and gets you back to the airport after drop off.
