best service for calling from U.S. ?

hello, had been using pennytalk but realized they do a monthly charge. any other suggestions? i just call once a month for a few minutes. use messaging and whats app if we don't want to actually speak

I use facebook messenger with video everyday to talk with my friends there. If not, I find Rebtel is the best to make calls there.You just load up as much minutes as you want and then use them up and load up again.

When using facebook messenger with video, you talk and can see each other. It's the best.You can also just use the microphone and talk. costs nothing. talk and see each other all day.
