I am 99 percent sure it is closed permanently. It was still open when I departed in January 2016, but when I depararted from next trip in June 2016 same deal, chairs blocking the stairs. Again on my departure in Sept.2016 same deal....and again on my most recent depature January 2017....same thing. Also, I asked the bartenders at Bobsled n they said no more smoking lounge. Sucks but I dont think it is re-opening ever
