Live stream music like Pandora?

We are here now, brought the Bose speaker, and found out Pandora doesn't work here. I found the jamaicaradio.net website and can get some music.

My question is - is there anyway to play music from the usa, similar to a pandora here? Is there a station that plays music from the US that I can livestream?

I have heard that Amazon Prime Music works there I haven't tried it yet but plan to in a few weeks
