We usually fly on Spirit from Ft. Lauderdale. Most of the time we pack 1 bag that fits under the seat thus no charge. Even in that 1 bag I usually pack too much clothing. If I check a bag (cheaper than carry on), we usually bring things to leave. We pack shoes and clothes for local children. This trip next week I plan on packing lots of books. Carry it all on...no time to wait for luggage if it doesn't fit it don't go...lol
Everytime I mention I bring my "Portable man" folks ask me why! well the answer is obvious!
