Yes, I found this info OceanCrusaders.org, not oceancrusaders.com (link below). And I took them at their word in the final sentence:
"So if you see someone feeding bread to fish, please so us all a favour and ask them to stop doing it. Even better explain why."
I explained why as they asked.
They didn't ask for credit, just that the info gets out there to protect the fish. That is admirable and there is no copyright on the site, but I do admit my error in not crediting them as the source. Here is the full link.
