Does the market sell distiller water? If so can it be trusted as distiller water? I need distiller water for my cpap machine.

Yes, you can easily find distilled water here.
It can be trusted the same as buying it at home.

After surgery I needed distilled water for a Neti rinse. It's not widely available on this side of the island but easy to find. For Negril, just stop at a gas station and get the distilled water used for car batteries. It's called Tropical. Sounds bad but it is distilled water. It was about $200 Ja for a one liter bottle. Be careful though. I bought two at a gas station in Sav. Used the first one OK, but the second one, the plastic seal was loose and it had a little hand grease on the bottle. Obviously some mechanic bought it, used the water for the car battery then filled it with regular water and returned it for a refund. Just make sure the seal is intact before you buy it. If you are landing in MoBay, gallon bottles of distilled water are found at Mega Mart.

P/S I have a half gallon that is unused if you need some today.
