Yep, like rocknrollfarmer said just past Ricks. The stuffed snapper was a whole fillet topped with the callaloo and cheese topped with another whole fillet. It was too much for the wife, I had to help. Yum!

I am making that my first meal when I arrive. I am pretty sure my DH is going to have to help me eat it too, not that he'll mind.
