I always had a hard time deciding what to wear to work. So for my last day, I went with comfy, casual. We had abolished our dress code totally anyway.
And slippers!

Did the exact same thing last May. After 37 years at the same place, walked out the door for the last time and never looked back. Two weeks later the wife and I were celebrating on the cliffs at Xtabi. Congrats, do things on your own terms and in your own time!
Unemployment isn't the problem. Unemployment is the solution! Too many people and not enough jobs. I retired at 5pm April 30, 2014 as I walked out of my retirement party just 54 days and 34 years after starting. I don't miss it!
We're all in this together and none of us is getting out alive.
