I feel the same about the Barbers here.
1st thing I do after checking in on the Island, is head to the neighborhood for a shave and haircut.
In J land, I pay 400J-500J for head, face, and trim the goatee.

Then I give him a 100J tip .
At least $20.00 U.S. here for same thing
