Ganja is decriminalized in JA. Under 2 ounces is a minor infraction, carrying a small fine. You will see and smell ganja everywhere. Be considerate of those around you, and you can enjoy pretty much anywhere you can smoke cigarettes. Be respectful if there's a family around too.

The average commercial grown for public consumption is as high times put it at 15-17%, but there are some growers who manage to produce some world quality weed. Have been doing so for many years. Some of you who are reading this know what I am saying and who I am talking about! Silence is golden! But yes there are at anytime some great buds in JA MON! You just have to know!

From what I'm gathering, your choices are trying to find something decent from the beach vendors, try to go to Orange Hill and buy, or buy edibles from a stand. I'm starting my trip in the Cliffs so wondering where to procure.
