Bar Negril across from Mary Bay dock is another interesting bar and you can get some pretty good food there.

Jame...you should know that some of these places won't be open in October...though you'll still have a good selection to choose from.

Moose...so true...fresh, fresh...a few restaurants have their own farms and others will often source through local chicken farmers.

~Just my two cents worth - I mostly only comment on places I've seen and or eaten at personally.

Jerms, right by the entrance of Bar b barn, ( street side ) there is a little restaurant, it has picnic tables right on the street where you can sit, you order up, and they will bring it to you, or you can get it to go. I got a huge helping of chicken, rice, for 3 dollars. Really tasty food, as you wait , you will notice many locals stopping on their bikes, or cars, to grab some food to go, that's when you know your gonna get good food, the locals know

Thanks, I'll check it out. I loved Sweet Spot last trip. Went a handful of times. I've heard they have new owners and aren't quite as good anymore, though. Is that true? Their oxtail, curry goat, stewed turkey necks, conch soup were all fantastic. I plan on visiting at least once for myself this week regardless.
