Trivia question (let me know if anyone know the catamaran question from earlier)

Looking for Song\Artist.. some intro, a long break, then just vocals "Come (or Get) Back Real Soon, was the Note that I read..." the Chorus seems like it is See Me, or Feel Me.. one year we heard this in ever cab, different versions.. haven't heard it in a couple years, but it is a classic.. but all i can remember for sure if the intro, and it's not the song name.. fairly high/tenor voice, good sounding.. I will feel stupid once I hear who it is/name of song. There might be a "You belong to me" i there somewhere.. but can't find it on internet so far..
