I guess I see your point . The Jamaicans have no way to convert to dollars at least at reasonable rates.

Surely some of the resort owners would jump at the arbitrage aspect and exchanging in the states. Reasonable availability and reasonable discounts/premiums would attract others. But my post wasn't to sell the idea....just wondering if anyone was jumping in.
