We were then in 2016 and saw it for ourselves. It was the week of Hedoween/Anniversary week and someone dumped in the pool two days in a row. They would evacuate the pool and "add extra chemicals" and keep everyone out for several hours. We were there with friends and decided it was our last visit there. The same friends were there the same week in 2017 and the same thing happened. It is obviously intentional being done by someone in the group that goes the same week every year. When it happened last fall one of the watersports guys scooped it out and claimed it was "just mud" but wouldn't let anyone else examine the offending "mud". The pool was never evacuated and nothing was ever done. Reportedly a few people became very ill the next few days with one woman having to be hospitalized in Montego Bay for E.coli for several days before she was well enough to travel home. We are now loving the Non AI's in Negril!
