It would be great if they offer the squatters employment. Those folks just need a job, and they are already there every day.

The former and famous T-Water is indeed being cleaned up! I do not want to say much more than that as I have not been able to confirm first hand the information (read rumours) on the street, but the vendors (squatters) will need to find a new location.

If the information pans out, look for a new resort to be opening within the next couple years, bringing new life to this once crown of the Negril beach!

How many squatters do you think would flood into Negril if they learned they could get paid for it too? Lot's of people need jobs plus I think there are plenty of legal residents of Negril that need that employment. I would start by employing them first. Negril has been struggling for a long time to clean up problems on the beach. I believe that more people will be happy to see them go than stay.

Just my opinion.
